eForms Express offers the convenient way to control your structured paper forms inventory.

1  Paper Forms to eForms -  eForms Express™   will convert your paper forms into electronic forms.  The forms are stored at the printer level.  This allows your staff  to print forms on demand. At the time of print, eForms Express™  will allow you to print up to five fields of information on individual forms or all forms.  Items such as:

First Name Last Name Social Security Chart Number
Date of Birth Date of Service Medical ID EOB

eliminating un-readable handwriting by your clientele.

2 Bar Code - eForms Express™  will catalog all forms printed.  You will no longer have to batch scan.

The first bar code is the form type and the second bar code is a unique number that is assigned up to 5 fields (metadata). 

 

3 Electronically File -  scan on demand and  store automatically your patient records.  No longer will your staff have to manually scan paper and type index information. The metadata can be merged into multiple kinds of document management suites including Laserfiche®.
